Thanks are due to Joel Letendre for doing the repairs, to Napa in Smithers and to Aardvark Towing in New Hazelton for giving us discounts on parts and towing, respectively. We are also grateful for the monetary donation from the Kitwanga quilters. They didn’t know it but they donated just in time to help offset some of the costs of the repairs. The community support for our program is greatly appreciated.
There will be no Book Bus runs this week due to mechanical problems. Stay tuned for updates. It looks like the bus needs a new starter.
