Ok, folks mechanical problem solved. Today, I will do a once-in-a-lifetime Western Run on a Tuesday, starting at Kitwanga General Store at noon. Gitanyow and Gitwangak to follow.

Today, the Book Bus visits New Hazelton and Tse-kya, starting at Roche View Lodge about 2 pm, Red Apple parking lot about 2:20, Alderway Loop in Tse-kya after 3, then Allen Park in New Hazelton for a short time somewhere near 4 pm.

No Thursday run this week
This week’s Thursday Book Bus run to Gitsegukla and South Hazelton is cancelled due to a medical appointment. I’ll try to make it up some time next week. Please pass the news on to anyone who might want to know but is not online.
The Wednesday run to New Hazelton and Tse-kya will proceed as usual.
Western Run Update
Starting in May, the Western Run (Kitwanga, Gitanyow, Gitwangak) will be every other Sunday instead of every other Saturday. The first regular Sunday run will be on May 6, 2018.
Western Run: Sunday instead of Saturday?
We are considering switching the Western Run (Kitwanga, Gitanyow, Gitwangak) from every other Saturday to every other Sunday, starting in May.
Last weekend when I went on Sunday instead of Saturday, I had more people than I usually get. The transit bus now has a Saturday trip to Terrace and people often have events on Saturdays so maybe Sunday would be better. What do you think?
